Rates and Policies

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all units.

Pet Policy: We welcome well-behaved dogs in many of our units for a fee of $35 per pet, per night. To help ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

• Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside. This is for your safety and the safety of others, especially near our high, unprotected bluff areas.
• No cats allowed.
• Dogs are not permitted in carpeted rooms.
• Do not leave dogs unattended in the unit—not even in a crate.
• Brush your dog(s) before entering the unit to help reduce excess hair.
• Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or furnishings, including beds—even with a pet blanket.
• Prevent dogs from jumping on walls, doors, or windows.
• Dogs are not allowed in bathtubs or showers.
• Please pick up after your dog(s) and dispose of waste properly.

Failure to follow these policies or if excessive cleaning is required may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made 6 days or fewer before check-in.

Occupancy Policy:

• Children under 1 year of age do not count toward occupancy limits.
• Please provide an accurate guest count. Each unit includes a base occupancy allowance; additional guests are $45 per person per night.
• If your group arrives with more guests than booked or exceeds the allowed occupancy, a fee of $100 per unregistered guest will apply.

Rates: Booking directly through our website will provide you with the lowest rates, as third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia) include additional service fees.
Please note that our pricing is dynamic and may change based on demand and season.

The best rates are typically available during the shoulder seasons (October through May, excluding holidays).
