Please note that some of our properties are located on a high bluff overlooking the water. For the safety of everyone in your group, we ask that guests take full responsibility for supervising children and any other members of the group.

- Twilight Properties—Includes a combination of Eagles Landing, Eagles Nest, Eagles Perch, Eagles Roost, Twilight Meadow, The Forest Room, and The Lodge—no more than 50 people altogether. (Can be up to three different combinations, contact us for details)
- Dungeness Bay Cabins—This grouping includes combinations of the Strait View Suite, The Travel Room, The Rustic Cabin, Sequim Lavender Cabin, The Spa Room, and Romance Cabin. It is for a medium-sized event with 30 or fewer people.
- Lavender Castle (stand-alone)—This impressive castle provides space for a small event with 20 or fewer people.
