What unit should I book?

Do you have places for large groups?
Yes! Please see the groups page, which explains which units can be grouped together.
We have several ways to accommodate different sizes of groups.
Can I get married on your property?
Yes. But we have limits to the amount of people that can be on the property.

How far are you from points of interest?
- *We are within easy travel distance (usually within 20 minutes of Sequim or Port Angeles) of all that the Olympic Peninsula has to offer.
- The Olympic Peninsula is pretty easy to get around. Rarely will you be waiting in traffic (unless there is construction, of course). Once you determine a unit you’d like to stay in, you can easily calculate the time it will take to get to town, national parks, Lake Cresent, or the Coast. In a very general estimate, you will be about 20 minutes from Sequim and/or Port Angeles, 30 minutes to Hurricane Ridge check-in station, and 1-2 hours to the coast (depending on your destination).
- The one exception is the Brinnon house. You are within easy distance of a couple of restaurants and multiple hikes. But you are an hour away from Sequim and Port Angeles. Please locate on a map to know where you are going to be.
What is your cancellation policy?
- 100% refund for cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 7 to 13 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made 6 days or fewer before check-in.

Can I have a party on the property?
Yes – you’re welcome to gather and celebrate with your loved ones! We simply ask that you be respectful of the neighbors and the space.
While joyful celebrations are encouraged, these homes are unsuitable for loud or drunken parties. We’ve worked hard to create peaceful, life-giving, celebratory spaces, and we ask all guests to help preserve that atmosphere for everyone.
If you want to invite others who are not staying on the property over you need to contact us and enquire if that will be allowed.
Each property is different in its allowance and capacity.
Do you have WIFI?
Of course, we’re not animals.
Do you have units that are set up for working from?
Yes, many of our units will accommodate your office away from your office. Best to contact us with particular questions as to your needs and wants for the space.

What is the weather like?
If you choose a unit by the water, it is a buffer for weather. It is cooler in the summer and a little warmer in the winter. So, if you choose a unit by the water, it is best to have some layers, as it is a dynamic environment, and temperatures fluctuate.
